Bookings

For your convenience, we offer various communication channels through which you can book your appointments according to your preferences. In this way, you can book your preferred services through the following platforms:

  • • 1847 APP. If you have not already downloaded it, we encourage you to do so by simply downloading from Google Play or the App Store to any mobile device.

Special Requests

You are welcome to specify your preferred technician if desired. Our skilled professionals will ensure proper draping throughout your service. We endeavor to accommodate your preferences to the best of our ability, subject to availability. Should you require any assistance during your visit, please do not hesitate to inform your technician.

Junior Services

Due to the serene and tranquil atmosphere, we aim to maintain at 1847 as a grooming spa destination, we strive to ensure all our clients enjoy a peaceful experience. While we cherish the vibrant energy of children, we recognize that it may disrupt the relaxation of others seeking tranquility. Consequently, to preserve the serene ambience, we kindly request that children under the age of 8 years old not accompany clients to 1847.

For clients aged between 8 and 12 years old who wish to receive our services, we offer special “Juniors” pricing to accommodate their needs.

Clients aged 12 years and older will be charged the standard full-service price for 1847 services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations or Booking Modifications

Should you need to cancel or modify your appointments, a minimum of 4-hour notice is required to allow us smooth operation and respect the professional’s schedules. Kindly note that our staff operates on an appointment basis.

Arrival and Lateness Policy:

At our exclusive brand, we kindly request that our valued customers arrive at least 10 minutes prior to their scheduled service or treatment time. This not only ensures a smooth check-in process but also allows us the time to complete any necessary formalities before your treatment begins.

We recognize that unforeseen circumstances may arise, making it difficult to arrive on time for appointments. However, out of respect for all clients’ time, treatments will only be administered for the remaining duration of the scheduled appointment, and no service duration will be extended. Please note that adjustments to the price of the service will not be feasible under these circumstances.

No-Show Policy

An appointment will be classified as a No-Show if you arrive 10 minutes after the scheduled start time and have not contacted the branch to inform us of any delay.
Once the 10-minute grace period has passed, the front desk team is authorized to cancel the appointment and record it as a No-Show in the system.

If you arrive after your booking has been cancelled, a new appointment may be offered based on current service availability, but immediate accommodation is not guaranteed. Please note that we may not be able to fulfill the full service time if you do not arrive on time.

Multiple Bookings Policy:

To ensure fair access to our appointment slots, clients are not permitted to make multiple bookings for the same service on the same day. Any duplicate same-day bookings for identical services will be automatically reviewed and may be cancelled at our discretion.

 

Retail Exchange

To exchange a product, you must bring the product (s) in-store with proof of purchase (original receipt) within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges without the original receipt or requests beyond 14 days of original purchase cannot be processed. The products must be unopened and unused, and the packing should be in sellable condition.

Please note that items can only be exchanged; no refund will be honoured.
